Fashionable Eats: TacoArt

I am by no means a food blogger, but today I want to take the opportunity to share about a wonderful new restaurant in town! Because tacos (like fashion) inspire me.

It's called TacoArt and it's located in Quarry Village, near Trader Joe's. I was so excited to attend their Media Preview event and get one of the first tastes of their menu. Let me tell you: delicioso! I loved the tacos and salsa, but what really got me: the margs. Of course. But there are many more reasons this spot is a unique and exciting addition to our culinary community:

Kid-friendly Atmosphere: From the chalkboard wall ready for your kiddos' next masterpiece, to the brown paper table cloths with crayons provided, this restaurant is a great family spot. They also offer hosted birthday parties with planned activities like art projects, and a taco bar for each birthday boy or girl!

An Artistic Touch: Designed by local San Antonio artist Joseph Silvas, the artwork decorating the space is pop-art infused with classic Mexican cuisine elements! It provides a fun and funky backdrop for a great meal out.

Owned by Locals: The restaurant is locally owned and operated by Adriana Llano, who previously opened Urban Taco in the same location.

Now go forth and eat tacos!
